Thanks you for your fast response to our schedule changes today. I just want to say that your team does a better job than the others we have used by a long shot and we’ve used them all.
Having our home cleaned get’s us out of a second job and makes the time with our family a more abundant and higher quality time so we believe in the service. I have found that it however can be a hassle in terms of coordination and quality of service. I was skeptical switching companies because by the time the cleaners actually arrive you see a different reality than when you were pitched by the owner. Typically they have a hard time communicating, act like the we’re sold into the profession and are a general embarrassment to have in your home. We just couldn’t take the depression of seeing these people come to our house and they we’re obviously under paid an unhappy. It really wrecked the spirit of the service.
Your people act and look like they went to college for their professions. We actually enjoy talking and learning about them. They feel like family. How you pulled that off and kept your rates so reasonable (especially when you consider how much faster they work) is an accomplishment you deserve a pat on the back for. Thought I would mention it.

I just wanted to email you guys on how great and professional your company is. I have now used your service for the last year and by far you are above the best. I have cats, dogs, and 4 children and the house is spotless when you have been there. Your team you send out is always professional and trustworthy. As a matter of fact I left some jewelry out on my bathroom counter (I forgot to put it back in our safe) and it was great to see it all there. I work in retail along with my husband who owns his own business and know what it takes to run a good businesses and we must say you have what it takes.
