What’s there not to like about having a fabulous cleaning service?

I absolutely love coming home after a hard day of work to the smell and feel of a clean house! Who wouldn’t (well maybe 2 people)?

I’ve been a weekly customer with The Cleaning Authority for the past 5 years and they are worth every penny.

I believe they’ve been around for many years so that also says a lot about their company and the service they provide. I would say that they must be doing something right! People always take the time to complain but rarely do you see people take the time to compliment and say THANK YOU!

Their customer service has always been responsive to my requests.

Since they do hire human beings and not robots mistakes have happened in my house but the most important thing I learned is that if you communicate to the manager on your needs they listen and will try to do the things you want right. I’ve used their satisfaction guarantee before and they’ve always have come back to fix the things I was not happy with.

I would not have stayed with The Cleaning Authority for almost 5 years unless I was not happy with my cleans.

As a CPA and Lawyer, I would suggest someone to not take the risk and hire an independent cleaner. Hiring someone on the side to clean your house is illegal and can get you into major legal trouble should they get hurt or if you are paying them under the table (IRS Audit) for services rendered. Plus this is AMERICA and the only way to help our hurting economy is to hire AMERICAN companies and not foreigners who illegally entered this country.

I still use Vancouver Cleaning Authority and they have always been very professional, if there is an issue with anything- they rectify it ASAP!

They have been doing a great job on my home and I am pretty picky!

Used this company (Cleaning Authority) and found the staff very friendly and hard workers! and all the little things mentioned by Cindy are true! It’s one day after my cleaning, and I’m starting to really notice things.

Like the spots on my shower at the top where I sit my shaving cream can and it makes foam marks on the tile. They cleaned it all off. More Hands never did that.

My cabinets are seriously a different color!

They scrubbed them like they’ve never been scrubbed before. They cleaned the dust bunnies off my popcorn ceiling! The cleaned my air-conditioning vents
After increasingly bad experiences with another local cleaning service, we went with The Cleaning Authority. As with other services, the depth of the cleaning depends a bit upon which team comes out. However, across the board our biweekly house cleans have been more than acceptable and we are very happy.

We come home to a spotless house, with all the furniture and carpets thoroughly vacuumed.

The sink, stove, appliances, etc are all beautiful and crumb free. They have always been more than patient with our occasional need to switch days or times. In fact, my biggest complaints have been that sometimes they get a bit over excited and straighten my papers on my desk (thus losing my place in my work) and occasionally the cleaners don’t want to go in because the dogs are barking and they are scared (the dogs are confined, but I can’t keep them from barking). So one of my biggest problems is that they clean too much. Oh woe is me.

I feel like they do a very good job and things don’t just appear to be clean, but are actually clean. I am very grateful, as we can use the time we would have been cleaning to hang out and have fun as a family on the weekends. That’s a luxury that I am thankful they give us.

Holy cr%#, these people know how to clean!

They came out for my initial clean yesterday and scrubbed the place top to bottom. Weird little extras that I wouldn’t have expected:

1) Vacuumed the couch
2) Made the bed (!!!)
3) Emptied all of the garbage cans
4) Did the little triangle fold thing on the end of the toilet paper (LOL)
5) Waxed the kitchen/bathroom floors
6) Neatly folded towels hanging up in the bathrooms and the throws on the couch
7) Cleaned the base of the bird tree in the living room (yes, they cleaned up bird poop unbidden!)
8) Neatly stacked papers/books/etc. strewn on tables.

The initial clean was more expensive than the regular cleans will be, but this was clear up front. I have a 3000+ sq. ft. house. Of course it’s not going to be cheap. The bi-weekly price after that is, though, at least by my standards!

I’ve had no problem getting a hold of the company by either phone or email. The phone number does ring through to the corporate call center if nobody picks up immediately, but that doesn’t usually happen.

Fantastic experience thus far. Keep it up, ladies and gents!

I wanted to give you some feedback on our first two cleans.

Our initial A visit the cleaners were able to clean the stove better than it has looked in the last 10 years. I can see the temp setting on the knobs which I had forgotten about. The bathrooms looked great and the ring in our toilets are gone, how did they do that. Our second visit the detail dusting I was impressed with the crevice tooling, wiping the baseboards and vacuuming of the furniture. My children’s allergies has gotten much better, I didn’t know we had so much dust. I also like the green products you use, however can the cleaners us my pine sol on the floors for the scent. Please pass on my praise to the cleaners for all their hard work.
